Roblie Ride Return and Refund Policy

General Return Policy

If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please let us know so that we can find the best solution for you. Here are the instructions for common scenarios:

Cancel an Item or Order

  • Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please send an email to support@roblierebelride.com with your order number and the items you would like to cancel. Our team will cancel and refund the items for you.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, please refer to our “Change of Mind Return” policy below.

Change of Mind Return

  1. Return Window: Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to Roblie Ride.
  2. Return Authorization: Contact us to authorize your return, and we will send you an RMA# and return instructions.
  3. RMA Requirement: We may not be able to process a refund for a return that we cannot associate with an RMA#.
  4. Refund Process: Once our warehouse confirms your return, we will issue a refund to the credit card/account it was purchased from.

Damaged or Defective Item

We apologize if you received a damaged or defective product. Please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@roblierebelride.com with your order number, photos showing the damage or an explanation of what is defective, and any other important details.
  • We will work to find the best resolution for you.

Missing an Item

If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate boxes or shipments.

  • Tracking Information: We will provide tracking information as soon as it is available. If items ship from different locations, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Contact Us: If you are still missing an item after checking the tracking information, email service@roblieride.com.pk with your order number and the missing item details.

Received the Wrong Item

If you received an incorrect item:

  • Send an email to support@roblierebelride.com with your order number, the item you received, and the correct item you need shipped to you.
  • Please note that unauthorized returns may not be processed if we cannot associate them with an RMA#.

Important Return Conditions

  • All returned merchandise must be untampered with, unused, and in resalable condition in the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging.
  • You are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse.
  • Depending on the items, your return may be subject to a warehouse restocking fee, ranging from 5-20%. Check with our customer service team before ordering.
  • Some items, such as large or oversized items (e.g., complete leather product kits, custom orders, etc.), may not be eligible for return. Contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order if you need clarification.
