Order Confirmation

• Immediate Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.
• Stock Verification: We will verify the availability of your item with our suppliers. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
• Processing Time: If the item is available and can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Tracking and Fees: If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout, we will attempt to track the item through our shipping partners. However, no refunds/returns are available for incorrect shipping information. If the item is tracked down, re-shipment fees up to 20% of the item cost may apply.

Order Shipment

• Shipping Timeline: If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, items will ship within five business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided within 24 hours of the order leaving the distribution center.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Fulfillment takes 1-3 business days after order confirmation, payment, and pick-up time.
• Transit Time: After shipment, it typically takes 1-2 business days for the order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary by location, typically ranging from 4-7 business days.

Shipping Concerns

Please inform us of any delivery concerns to avoid delays and additional costs. Additional costs may apply in the following situations:

• Charges from the freight company if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location.
• Transport restrictions due to truck height or bridge laws.
• Deliveries to islands or locations with road or access restrictions.
• Deliveries requiring the use of a ferry, train, plane, or additional courier transport.
